New Jewellery series ‘Bling’ starts on ITV on Monday

New Jewellery series Bling ITV

An all-new jewellery show hosted by Gok Wan starts on Monday 11th October on ITV. The show will air every weekday at 2pm for the next four weeks.

Each hour-long episode of the show explores the wonderful world of jewellery, from buying and selling to making and fixing treasured pieces.

The show is filmed in its very own specially created Bling store.  This one-stop shop features four unique counters, with one dedicated to each process on offer. There are also plenty of experts on hand to guide, advise and get the best deals. David Thomas of Snooty Fox Jewellery is on hand as a jewellery expert to discuss the knowledge he has built up after many years in the trade, with his own shop in the centre of Shrewsbury.

The show is full of stories that will warm your heart – you’ll have the chance to see beloved family heirlooms being repaired, special bespoke items being crafted, long forgotten knickknacks being sold, and even excited couples seeking the perfect engagement ring. Customers share the memories behind their treasured jewellery pieces, including objects belonging to departed loved ones.

Some customers look to restore and sell or sell and buy within the same visit. The show also gets competitive, especially if the experts see something from a customer that catches their eye, or if a big valuation changes someone’s mind.

Craft experts at the fix and make counters have their skills tested as they work on a wide variety of objects, from necklaces to carriage clocks. Prepare to be blown away by stunning pieces of costume jewellery, crystal figurines, and incredible works of art.

Join Gok and his team as eye-catching pieces, emotional moments, hard bargains, and speedy deals all take place within the space of an hour.

Gok Wan said: "Jewellery can mean so much more than simply being just an accessory. And figurines, timepieces and delicate heirlooms often carry a special significance. I can't wait to see some beautiful bling and delve into the stories that really make it sparkle."
