Although our trade counter is closed, we are still fully operational. Web and telephone orders, including refining and orders for manufacture, will continue to be processed as normal. A Click and Collect option will also be available at checkout. We are here to help, so please feel free to contact us with any enquiries.




  • Please note we have a limit in place with how many orders we can despatch each day. Please note that any delivery time quoted on our website or on confirmation emails are estimated and could extend beyond the dates provided. We currently aim to despatch your order within 1 - 3 working days.

Betts Response to Covid-19

As a result of COVID-19 we have made major changes to our logistics and warehouse operations to ensure the safety of all our team members.


  • Social Distancing -We observe social distancing measures at all times wherever possible
  • The supply of PPE
  • Hand sanitiser, regular hand washing and the cleaning of work surfaces regularly
  • Working from home policy implemented where possible with higher risk or vulnerable employees working from home without exception
