This PepeTools compact electric rolling mill has a foot print of has ultra-hard rolls are manifactured from solid tool steel that has been hardened to 65HRC. Featuring a 100:1 reduction gearbox, powered by a 1/2hp motor. This rolling mill has a ductile steel frame and is mounted on an machined aluminium base, the footprint of this rolling mill is 508mm (20") wide by 254mm (10") deep. These electric rolls produce a super fine finish on various metals from gold to platinum. The rollers have a complete with of 130mm with the diameter of 65mm. The flat section if 66mm wide, with a square wire section and a section for D-Shaped wire.

This 130mm Combination Ultra Series X-Drive Powered Rolling Mill has a maximum opening of 5mm and can roll sheet to 0.02mm thick. The Sheet section is 66mm wide, this rolling mill can create square wire in 1.00mm, 2.00mm, 3.00mm 4.00mm, 4.50mm, 5.00mm, 5.50mm, 6.00mm and 6.5mm. The D-Shaped section is 2.5 x 1.0, 3.0 x 1.25, 4.0 x 1.5mm

This PepeTools Ultra Rolling Mill does not have a handle it can be mounted away from the edge of a bench. This feature allows hands free operation, allowing one hand to feed the metal and one to collect, this means faster and more efficient working on multiple passes.

The powerful motor and the 4:1 reduction gear box, this means this power mill has the power to cope with any jobs needed.

This Rolling Mill has a speed control that means it can be adjusted to suit the job in hand, it can be adjusted for forward and reverse rolling. The slow and steady is great for fine and tricky jobs, the fast setting can be used to increase productively. This rolling mill has complex electronics that create a slow start then builds up to the set speed, this avoids snatching. This also happens when the rollers off, it will come to a gradual halt. This means the machine is safer to use with no surprise, jolts or shudders, this also protects the gearbox ensuring optimum lifespan. This unit has an emergency stop, this will 'instantly' stop the machine when the button is pressed. The machine will not start until the emergency switch is disarmed, by turning and popping it up. These power mills have a feed guides on the front and rear for additional safety.
